ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，本周，被指控为大规模“杀猪盘”诈骗团伙头目的陈志（Chen Zhi）的律师向纽约联邦法院提出动议，要求驳回美国政府扣押与其相关的一批比特币。律师辩称，检方关于陈志监管诈骗园区的指控缺乏具体证据，仅为针对柬埔寨整体状况的泛泛描述，同时对加密货币扣押的时间线提出质疑，表示这些比特币不可能是欺诈或洗钱的收益。
美国司法部去年10月宣布没收陈志控制的127,271枚比特币，当时价值约150亿美元。陈志于今年1月被柬埔寨撤销国籍并引渡至中国。在美英制裁后，新加坡、中国香港和台湾、韩国等地共冻结或扣押超10亿美元资产。人权组织指出，诈骗园区关闭后，数千名被拐工人从西哈努克市等地流出，面临再次被贩卖的风险。
