Power Construction of China's (SHA:601669) amount of newly-signed contracts fell 23% year over year to 147.9 billion yuan in January and February.
The number of newly signed contracts reached 1,218, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the engineering construction company rose 3% in recent trade.
