MN Unit Bags MYR216 Million Data Center Construction Project

MN (KLSE:MNHLDG) unit MN Utilities Engineering secured a deal worth 216 million ringgit to build a consumer substation for a data center project in southern Peninsular Malaysia.

The deal was awarded by an undisclosed customer involved in data hosting and processing infrastructure, according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The contract covers the design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the substation, including high-voltage cable connections.

Work began on Feb. 1, and are expected to be completed by Sept. 30, the filing said.
