据经济观察报，3月11日，据知情人士透露，2026年春节前后，广州富力地产股份有限公司（2777.HK，下称“富力地产”）董事长李思廉在一次出境时被拦截。出入境边防检查人员告知，其被天津市第三中级人民法院（下称“天津三中院”）限制出境。

经济观察报分别向天津三中院及富力地产求证。天津三中院表示，目前案件仍在办理中，不便透露相关信息；富力地产方面称，相关问题已向集团反馈，“目前尚未收到相关的官方通报”，截至发稿未给出进一步回复；富力地产香港办公室称对相关情况不知情。

知情人士透露，经初步了解，李思廉被限制出境主要与富力地产相关，但具体原因尚不清楚。其分析可能涉及两个方面，一是富力地产在天津的部分项目因交付问题被业主起诉；二是富力地产因债务纠纷成为被执行人。
