南方财经3月12日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，苏州优行千里网络科技有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由15亿人民币增至25亿人民币，增幅约67%。苏州优行千里网络科技有限公司成立于2021年12月，法定代表人为龚昕，经营范围包括人工智能应用软件开发、网络与信息安全软件开发、小微型客车租赁经营服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由曹操出行关联公司CaoCaoHongKongLimited全资持股。
