近日，广州海关在广州白云机场口岸查获1名旅客违规超量携带货币进境，现场查获未向海关申报的美元164.5万元，折合人民币超1100万元。

广州海关所属广州白云机场海关关员在对一架进境航班进行监管时，发现1名选择“无申报通道”通关的旅客携带的行李机检图像异常。海关关员随即拦截并进一步查验，在该旅客的行李箱中查获大量成捆的美元现金。经清点，现场查获美元现钞164.5万元， 折合人民币超1100万元。

海关提醒：根据相关法律法规，货币现钞属于限制进出境物品。进境旅客携带的人民币现钞超过20000元或外币现钞折合超过5000美元，应当如实向海关申报，选择“申报通道”通关。
