消息面上，国泰君安国际今早公告，3月10日，香港证监会与廉政公署到访公司香港主要营业地点执行搜查令，一名非董事会成员雇员被廉署拘留，公司已暂停其所有职务。据财联社，知情人士向记者透露，该员工是从家中被带走，或涉嫌个人内幕交易或其他违规行为，与网传的投行业务无关。
业内人士分析认为，若确是员工个人行为被香港监管调查，并非所在机构相关违法违规问题，将不会对机构正常业务开展产生影响。国泰君安国际称，公司整体业务、运营及投行等板块均正常开展，财务稳健、经营合规有序。
