　　京东工业（07618）盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.67%，现报14.34港元，成交额4120.44万港元。

　　近日，京东工业与星源材质签署战略合作协议，双方将在拓展数字化技术平台及数字化解决方案、MRO及备品备件物料全球采购等领域展开深度合作，并携手推进商品标准化、供应链联储联备、供应链一体化保障方案和海外采购的平台建设。星源材质海外多点本地化生产布局与京东工业全球供应链体系强强联合，可高效满足新能源制造企业在海外的生产和供应需求。

　　里昂发布研报称，维持对京东工业目标价21港元，重申“跑赢大市”评级。京东工业去年收入同比升17.4%至240亿元人民币，符合预期，商品交易总额（GMV）同比升16.5%至335亿元人民币，毛利率扩张1.2个百分点至17.4%，这主要受惠于上游直接采购和规模效益的提升，并以国际财务报告准则计算的净利率为4.7%。

　　该行指，凭借强劲的关键客户增长动能和人工智能驱动的营运效率提升，预期2026和2027财年收入将加速增长。至于履约优化、高利润率产品以及海外扩张，将是推动公司长期盈利能力的关键因素。
