智通财经APP讯，延长石油国际(00346)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得亏损约7.8亿港元，对比去年利润约5600万港元。
在俄乌战争旷日持久、中东紧张局势加剧以及美国引发的关税战带来的不确定性阴霾下，2025年全球经济复苏动力不足。特别是中国经济增长低于预期，工业产出和成品油消费持续疲软，进一步抑制了原油需求。WTI原油价格整体出现下跌趋势，从2024年平均每桶77美元左右跌至2025年平均每桶66美元左右。由于国际油价下跌及中国成品油消费疲弱，集团业绩受到不利影响。
董事会认为，于回顾年度由盈转亏主要归因于受全球经济复苏缓慢影响，集团收入及毛利减少;加拿大石油及天然气生产业务的油气资产重大减值亏损;中国成品油及副产品贸易业务的商誉及其他非流动资产减值亏损;及中国成品油及副产品贸易业务的坏账拨备。
