IT之家 3 月 11 日消息，Omdia 英国当地时间 10 日发布预测，表示无偏光片 (Pol-less) OLED 显示面板的出货规模将在 2026~2032 年期间实现 22.7% 的复合年增长率 (CAGR)，到期末可达 2.44 亿片。
IT之家了解到，对于传统 OLED 面板，偏光片可降低外部光线反射率、提升对比度表现，但也会导致半数自发光被阻挡在内部，显著降低整体发光效率，达成相同外部亮度需要更高功耗，影响到 EL 材料的寿命。
因此，Pol-less OLED 是目前 OLED 显示创新的关键点之一。而在其中最为突出的当属 COE 彩色滤光片方案，其作为偏光片潜在替代品的势头正逐渐增强；另一方面，SPL 简化偏光片层技术路线有望在低成本 OLED 上找到用武之地。
