智通财经APP讯，科劲国际(06822)发布公告，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度取得溢利，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得亏损。报告期表现由盈转亏的主要原因为：(i)收益由上一年度约8.34亿港元大幅减少至报告期约4.65亿港元，主要由于美国关税及扩大政策前景不明所致;(ii)投资物业出现公平值亏损，由上一年度约1000万港元大幅增加至报告期约2400万港元;(iii)本集团位于将军澳工业邨的先进制造业中心全面投入纳米纤维生产运作后，运营成本由上一年度约1950万港元增加至报告期约2710万港元;及(iv)于报告期就逾期1年以上的长账龄贸易应收账款约800万港元计提拨备。
