智通财经APP讯，绿色动力环保(01330)发布公告，绿色动力环保集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)分别于2025年2月24日、2025年5月16日召开第五届董事会第六次会议、2025年第一次临时股东大会，审议通过了《关于申请注册并发行中期票据的议案》，同意公司向中国银行间市场交易商协会(以下简称“交易商协会”)申请注册并在中国境内发行规模不超过人民币10亿元的中期票据。2025年9月，公司收到交易商协会发出的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2025〕MTN864号)，交易商协会经审议，决定接受公司中期票据注册，注册金额为人民币10亿元，注册额度自上述注册通知书落款之日起2年内有效。公司已于2025年11月在上述注册额度内完成2025年度第一期中期票据的发行，发行总额为人民币5亿元，票面利率为2.00%，期限为3年。
近日，公司发行了2026年度第一期科技创新债券，发行规模为人民币5亿元，发行利率1.88%，期限为3年，募集资金已于2026年3月12日全部到账。本次发行完成后，上述人民币10亿元中期票据注册额度已使用完毕。
