　　2026年3月8日，证监会官网显示，中信证券已提交《关于百林科医药科技（上海）股份有限公司首次公开发行股票并上市辅导备案报告》。辅导机构为中信证券股份有限公司，律师事务所为北京市竞天公诚律师事务所，会计师事务所为容诚会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）。

　　百林科医药科技（上海）有限公司，公司位于上海市，是一家为生命科学领域提供工艺解决方案的高新科技集团化企业，专注于重组蛋白药物、疫苗、抗体药物、细胞治疗、基因治疗及其它生物制品生产工程中的关键工艺设备与耗材的研发和制造，产品涵盖生物工艺上游细胞培养、一次性配储液和下游层析、三滤、水化产品等工艺单元和工艺开发服务。法定代表人陈志。

　　百林科的控股股东及持股比例情况如下：海南百林科科技投资中心（有限合伙）直接持有公司10，006.8120万股，持股比例为27.7967%，为公司的控股股东。

　　天眼查信息显示，百林科历史上获得了深创投、凯辉基金、清松资本、夏尔巴投资等投资机构的投资。
