3月10日，绿城中国控股有限公司发布盈利警告公告。
绿城中国预计，截至2025年12月31日年度公司股东应占利润同比2024年的人民币15.96亿元下降95%左右。
利润下滑主要源于房地产市场仍处于调整期，且公司为促进长远发展，继续积极推动长库存去化，导致2025年度收入结转的毛利率以及分占合营企业及联营公司业绩下降。此外，公司计提了一定金额的资产减值损失，进而影响了股东应占利润。
公告还披露，截至2025年12月31日年度内，集团持续优化债务结构，压降短期负债，短债占比低于20%，创历年新低，同时现金储备充裕，现金短债比2.5倍以上，创历年新高，整体经营平稳高效，财务安全稳健。
销售层面，2025年1-12月，绿城集团自投项目取得合同销售面积约466万平方米，合同销售金额约1534亿元；绿城集团代建项目累计取得销售面积约742万平方米，销售金额约为985亿元。
整体来看，截至2025年12月31日，绿城集团全年累计取得总合同销售面积约1208万平方米，总合同销售金额约2519亿元。
