智通财经APP讯，天津建发(02515)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得公司权益股东应占亏损介于人民币4600万元至5100万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得溢利约人民币2180万元。董事会认为，预期由盈转亏主要归因于(i)天津建筑业发展放缓及竞争加剧，导致收益减少;(ii)截至2025年12月31日止年度就贸易应收款项、合约资产及其他应收款项确认减值亏损。确认减值亏损主要归因于贸易应收款项收回速度放缓，导致账龄较长的贸易应收款项增加;及合约资产出票进程缓慢，导致账龄较长的合约资产增加。
