股份买卖协议第二次付款╱现金买卖协议第二次付款预期将于2026年5月底前，于确认其先决条件(包括(其中包括)取得ODI批准(如适用)、设立特殊目的实体及托管安排)已获达成后5个工作日内进行。预期代价股份将于股份买卖协议第二次付款╱现金买卖协议第二次付款的条件获达成后在实际可行情况下尽快发行。
