于2026年2月，本集团房地产出租物业共179个，总建筑面积约1652.40万平方米; 2026年2月份租金收入约人民币10.71亿元，商业运营收入约人民币11.48亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2026年1月至2月累计租金收入约人民币21.92亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币23.49亿元(即含税租金收入)。
