智通财经APP讯，荣丰集团亚洲(08526)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(有关期间)将取得亏损净额介乎约2000万港元至约2400万港元，而2024年同期则取得溢利净额约110万港元。
董事会认为，于有关期间的预期亏损主要由于(i)经济低迷令项目延迟而导致收益减少介乎约2800万港元至约3400万港元;(ii)本集团多个项目延迟完成导致项目成本超支，因而导致本集团项目的预期毛利率大幅减少;(iii)有关期间内贸易应收款项及合约资产的减值亏损拨回减少;及(iv)澳门凼仔项目于有关期间完成总结后确认合约资产撇销。
