Astec LifeSciences Sells 26% Stake in Solar Power SPV

Astec LifeSciences (NSE:ASTEC, BOM:533138) sold its entire 26% stake in Clean Max Andes to Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.

Shares of Astec LifeSciences rose nearly 1% in Tuesday's trade.

The transaction involved the sale of 2,600 equity shares of 10 rupees each and was completed on March 9, the filing said.

Clean Max Andes is a special-purpose vehicle for solar power generation, the company said in the filing.
