智通财经APP讯，东方企控集团(00018)发布公告，于2026年1月19日举行的股东特别大会上，股东通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称后，香港公司注册处处长已发出日期为2026年2月12日的公司更改名称证明书，证明本公司名称由“Oriental Enterprise Holdings Limited 东方企控集团有限公司”更改为“Oriental Media Group Limited 东方传媒集团有限公司”。 因此，更改公司名称已于2026年2月12日生效。
由2026年3月13日上午九时正起，本公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“ORIENTAL E H”更改为“ORIENTAL M G”，中文股份简称将由“东方企控集团”更改为“东方传媒集团”。本公司于联交所的股票代号“18”仍维持不变。
