3月10日，滇池水务（03768）发布公告，近日公司收到昆明呈贡区人民法院发出的《执行裁定书》（(2025)云0114执5604号）。
根据裁定书所述，法院查封的公司名下位于昆明市官渡镇的多个不动产被认定为水质净化厂不可或缺的设备用房，具有强公益属性，强制拍卖将严重影响片区污水处理，因此裁定终结本次执行程序。若需继续查封，申请执行人需在期限届满前30日内向法院书面提出。
此外，公司董事会将于2026年3月20日召开会议，批准截至2025年12月31日的综合年度业绩及考虑建议派付末期股息。
