ChainCatcher 消息，欧洲央行于周三发布 Appia 路线图，规划以央行货币为基础的欧洲代币化批发金融市场长期发展方案。该路线图围绕两项关联计划展开：Pontes 为欧元体系的分布式账本技术结算方案，Appia 则是构建未来代币化金融生态的整体战略框架。Pontes 计划于 2026 年第三季度启动。
欧洲央行执行委员会成员 Piero Cipollone 表示，Appia 旨在搭建从当前金融体系通往未来代币化市场的道路，并以央行货币为坚实基础。Pontes 计划在 2026 年第三季度末前实现市场分布式账本基础设施与欧元体系 TARGET 服务的对接。TARGET 服务是欧元体系运营的支付与结算系统，涵盖大额支付系统 TARGET2、证券结算系统 T2S 及即时支付系统 TIPS。欧洲央行同步开放公众咨询，邀请公共及私营部门参与者对路线图提供反馈或提交参与实施的提案，反馈截止日期为 4 月 22 日。
