** U.S.-listed shares of cancer-focused diagnostic company Mainz Biomed 4TO.F, MYNZ.O jump 28% to $1.07 premarket
** Co to change its name to Quantum Cyber and says its U.S.-listed shares will trade under new ticker QUCY from March 12, pending shareholder approval
** Names former U.S. Homeland Security official Robert Liscouski as chairman
** Adds that it will keep developing pancreatic cancer screening business in the U.S. and is considering selling its colorectal cancer screening assets
** Says it is winding down its German subsidiary and cautions that the plans face regulatory and development risks
** Shares down 26% YTD
