Digico Infrastructure REIT (ASX:DGT) said that Chief Executive Michael Juniper will step away from his duties for an extended period to focus on family and a personal matter, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Chris Maher will serve as interim CEO to maintain business continuity, the filing added.
The real estate investment trust's shares fell past 4% in recent Monday trade.
