　　据新浪黑猫投诉【投诉入口】统计数据，2025年3月15日至2026年2月28日，京东肯特瑞基金销售有限公司收到有效投诉72起投诉，回复率54%，完成率23%。投诉内容主要为未经同意私自扣款。

　　有投诉人表示，“本人从未购买过京东肯特瑞任何产品，2026年3月1日。未经本人同意的情况下从本人银行卡上划扣200元。”还有投资者表示，“未准确告知基金赎回时间，导致我资金链断裂”。还有提到“暴力催收恐吓催收”。
