智通财经APP讯，千百度(01028)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期)将取得估计股东应占净亏损约人民币1.5亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度股东应占溢利则约人民币4800万元。
本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的预期股东应占净亏损主要归因于 (i)报告期内就美丽华企业(南京)有限公司所欠贸易债务确认减值亏损约人民币1.49亿元;及(ii)由于关税影响及国内消费需求疲弱，本集团时尚鞋履业务收入减少。
