智通财经APP讯，普星能量(00090)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的本公司拥有人应占溢利将取得减少。预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的本公司拥有人应占溢利应在人民币约 3300万元至3900万元的范围内，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的本公司拥有人应占溢利人民币5990.2万元，较去年同期减少约34.89%至44.91%。本公司拥有人应占溢利减少乃主要由于2025年出售浙江普星德能然气发电有限公司及其附属公司衢州普星燃机热电有限公司的51%股权导致合并范围利润减少所致。
