汇量科技：2025年期内溢利6162万美元 同比增346.2%

　　3月11日，汇量科技（01860）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度之全年业绩公告。2025年，公司实现收入20.47亿美元，同比增长35.7%。其中，广告技术业务收入20.29亿美元，同比增长36.1%；营销技术业务收入1796万美元，同比增长2.5%。净收入为5.37亿美元，同比上升34.5%。期内溢利为6162万美元，同比大幅增长346.2%。经调整后利润净额为9549万美元，同比增加93.5%。

　　财务回顾中，公司的毛利为4.34亿美元，毛利率为21.2%。广告技术业务的毛利率为20.8%，而营销技术业务的毛利率为69.3%。销售成本同比增长35.4%，主要由流量成本和服务器成本的上升所致。报告期内，公司的经营溢利为1.03亿美元，同比增长170.3%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为2.14亿美元，同比下降24.7%。

　　在管理层讨论与分析部分，提到公司在核心业务上实现了成立以来最好的营收与利润水平，且在人工智能领域的讨论持续升温，公司围绕这一趋势进行了多项战略投资。广告技术业务的主要增长来自于程序化广告平台Mintegral，报告期内其收入持续增长，占总收入的95.8%。未来，公司将继续专注于提升云基础设施效率和加快模型迭代速度。
