智通财经APP讯，瑞昌国际控股(01334)公布，该集团预计于2025年取得纯利约400万-550万元，同比减少约46.6%至61.2%。纯利预计减少乃主要由于：(i)石油炼制及石油化工行业资本投资持续放缓，加上下游市场需求疲弱，导致部分客户考虑其自身产能规划调整及项目进度安排后暂停或延缓就若干重大设备采购下单，从而导致集团产品交付及收益确认延迟，收益增长因而不及预期;(ii)国内市场竞争加剧令致毛利率下降;及(iii)集团海外市场运营及位于黄山的含磷废物回收项目仍处于开发拓展阶段，导致员工成本、销售开支及行政开支增加。
