智通财经APP获悉，周二，BioNTech(BNTX.US)盘初暴跌超20%，创4月25日以来最大跌幅，现报80.20美元。消息面上，此前该公司公布的第四季度调整后亏损以及2026年全年收入指引均低于分析师的预期。公司报告称，第四季度每股稀释后调整亏损为0.33欧元，而一年前每股盈利为1.79欧元，FactSet调查的分析师预计每股亏损为0.16欧元。截至12月31日的季度收入为9.074亿欧元，而一年前为11.9亿欧元，FactSet调查的分析师预计收入为7.683亿欧元。对于2026年，该公司表示预计收入将在20亿欧元至23亿欧元之间，FactSet调查的分析师预计收入为27.5亿欧元。
此外，BioNTechSE的创始人将离开公司，创立一家专注于信使RNA(mRNA)技术的新生物技术公司，该技术正是其爆款新冠疫苗的核心技术。
