该公司拥有强大的专利组合可保护公司的候选药物及技术。截至2025年12月31日，公司拥有380项在全球提交的有效专利或专利申请，其中146项专利已在全球主要市场获颁发或允许。
年内，公司与AstraZeneca AB已订立许可与合作协议，共同开发及商业化泛KRAS抑制剂 JAB-23E73。根据该许可及合作协议并受其条款及条件所限，北京加科思有权向阿斯利康收取1亿美元的预付款项，并有资格在达成特定开发、监管及商业里程碑时收取额外里程碑付款，总潜在代价最高可达19.15亿美元。此外，若许可产品成功商业化，北京加科思将有权按许可产品净销售额收取分层特许权使用费。
