智通财经APP讯，力盟科技(02405)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)的收入约为440万美元至480万美元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入则约为1350万美元;及本年度本公司权益股东应占亏损约430万美元至470万美元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得本公司权益股东应占溢利约60万美元。
董事会认为，以下因素导致本年度收入减少及产生亏损：由于全球经济波动及地缘政治不明朗因素，本集团客户大幅削减其数字广告预算，导致本集团本年度收入下降; 本集团逐步降低标准化数字营销服务的收入贡献，并将业务重心转移至至剩余的业务线;及鉴于本集团若干客户的收款期，为审慎起见，本集团因而增加其坏账拨备。
