3月10日金融一线消息，三明金融监管分局发布《关于永安汇丰村镇银行增加注册资本方案的批复》，同意永安汇丰村镇银行实施《福建永安汇丰村镇银行有限责任公司配股增加注册资本方案》，由该行向香港上海汇丰银行有限公司增发注册资本人民币1500万元，香港上海汇丰银行有限公司以人民币现金1500万元认购新增注册资本。
