智通财经APP讯，乐普生物-B(02157)发布公告，预计公司截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期)归属于股东的净利润将不少于人民币2.00亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的亏损约人民币4.11亿元增加不少于人民币6.11亿元。预期扭亏为盈及预期归属于股东的净利润大幅增加，乃主要归因于以下因素：
公司通过国内商业化及许可交易实现收入的强劲增长：收入显著增长主要来源于普佑恒®(普特利单抗注射液)及美佑恒®(注射用维贝柯妥塔单抗)，其中美佑恒®于2025年10月获得国家药监局批准后，已产生初步收入;随着许可交易的不断拓展，包括MRG007的对外许可及CTM012及 CTM013(该公司的两项临床前TCE资产)的对外许可，公司的盈利能力持续增长;及
于截至2025年12月31日止年度，公司因其一项投资由联营公司重新分类为按公允价值计量的投资而确认一项一次性收益。该变动乃由于公司不再对被投资公司拥有重大影响力。该等收益属非经常性及非经营性质。
