HOUSTON, March 10 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil XOM.N has hired Keo Lukefahr, U.S. refiner Phillips 66's PSX.N head of derivatives trading, as the head of its North America power and gas trading, two sources familiar with the move said.

Before joining Phillips 66 in 2024, Lukefahr was head of derivatives and renewables trading at Aramco Trading, and Motiva Enterprises prior to its merger with Aramco.

She has also worked as head of natural gas and LNG trading at PetroChina and as vice president of trading for North America Gas and Power at BP BP.L.

Phillips 66 declined to comment, while Exxon and Lukefahr did not immediately respond to a request for a comment.
