Swire Properties (HKG:1972) sold another unit at its premium residential project Headland Residences in Hong Kong's Chai Wan, The Standard reported Friday.
A two-bedroom, 554-square-foot unit was sold for HK$19,809 per square foot, or HK$10.8 million in total.
The company has sold 143 units to date, with contracted sales topping HK$1.2 billion.
