** Co forecasts FY26 adj. EPS between $2.75 and $3.10, below analysts' average estimates of $3.31 - data compiled by LSEG

** Says it expects FY26 revenue between $1.85 billion and $1.95 billion vs estimates of $1.97 billion

** Co's Q3 revenue came in at $408 million, missing estimates of $475.6 million

** As of last close, shares down about 8.4% YTD
