北方矿业公告，于2025年12月4日(交易时段后)，本公司(作为卖方)与买方李小龙(作为买方)订立买卖协议，据此，本公司有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意购买销售股份。将予出售资产为销售股份，相当于目标公司久龙投资(上海)有限公司的全部已发行股本。根据买卖协议，销售股份的代价应为100万港元，并将由买方于完成时以现金结付。
