当前，正值高校毕业生求职的关键期，内蒙古自治区教育厅发布《逐梦新赛道 职启新未来——致大学生朋友的就业倡议书》，引导学生理性定位、务实就业、积极就业。
倡议提出，广大大学生要主动出击，做就业浪潮的勇毅弄潮儿，积极关注各类招聘信息，拓宽求职渠道，主动参加招聘会、宣讲会，积极地投递简历，参加面试，在实战中积累经验，提升自己的求职能力。要胸怀大局，赴基层山海做时代担当者，将个人的职业理想与国家的发展战略紧密结合起来，到乡村去、到科研一线去、到绿色产业中去，让青春在祖国最需要的地方绽放最绚烂的光芒。要知行合一，仰望星空与脚踏实地同行，在埋头苦干中练就堪当重任的“硬本领”，用敬业和实干为人生书写更加精彩的未来；要坚守初心，于挫折磨砺中铸青春铠甲，面对求职失败，不要气馁，要把它看作是一次成长的机会，总结经验教训，调整求职策略，重新出发，在挫折中磨砺自己的意志，在困难中提升自己。
