Sichuan New Energy Power (SHE:000155) completed the issuance of medium-term bonds worth 600 million yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The bonds, which were the company's first tranche of such bonds for the year, have a coupon rate of 1.60% and a two-year term, maturing March 10, 2028.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) served as the lead underwriter and bookrunner of the issuance.
