智通财经APP获悉，黑芝麻智能(02533)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.97%，报20.94港元，成交额1.25亿港元。
消息面上，3月9日，黑芝麻智能发布公告称，公司与认购人无极资本(Infini Capital)订立认购协议，配发及发行合共约33,544,600股认购股份，每股认购价为18.88港元，较公司3月9日收盘价19.29港元折让2.13%，总代价约为6.31亿港元。
据公告，本次战略配售将为黑芝麻智能注入充沛资金与产业资源，募集资金主要用于新一代高性能芯片的研发，包括用于自动驾驶及机器人领域的高算力芯片、面向终端设备的边缘AI芯片；和海外研发中心的建设，提升全球研发协同能力；以及推动黑芝麻智能最新高性能智能驾驶芯片及平台在重点客户端的认证、适配与量产资源投入；拓展机器人产品线及端侧AI产品线，加速产品商业化落地。
