智通财经APP获悉，大摩发布研报称，受人民币走强、租金回报率具吸引力以及房价回升推动，今年前两个月内地买家在香港购入2600个住宅单位，同比大增91%。
大摩表示，近期中东局势动荡，香港各方面稳定，再加上低税收制度，作为重要替代金融中心的地位凸显，资本和人才有望流入，利好当地房地产市场，预计即将推出的项目将延续较高的去化率，平均售价料小幅上调，首选股为长实集团(01113)。
