McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) is positioned to deliver an "attractive" performance in 2026 and beyond, Oppenheimer analysts said in a Wednesday note.
Analysts said that while McGrath has faced a prolonged non-residential down-cycle recently, its adjusted EBITDA has increased for nine straight years, with this trend expected to persist in 2026 and beyond.
Oppenheimer said drivers of growth for the company include Mobile Modular segment rental rate growth, geographic expansion, and data center project activity, among others.
Analysts said that McGrath's "ample" free cash flow and balance sheet strength allow it to pursue acquisitions, noting that the company is itself a potential candidate for a buyout.
Oppenheimer has an outperform rating on the stock and a $143 price target.
