路透华盛顿3月10日 - 美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)周二表示，根据通用汽车公司GM.N的申诉，对从台湾和中国大陆进口的汽车零部件启动新的337条款贸易调查。通用汽车称这些进口零部件侵犯了其专利。
美国国际贸易委员会表示，已确定20家调查对象，包括汽车照明产品生产商江苏尚通汽车配件有限公司以及多家台湾零部件制造商，包括维轮事业股份有限公司和耿鼎企业股份有限公司。该委员会还将密歇根州、伊利诺伊州、加利福尼亚州和田纳西州的九家美国汽车零部件经销商列为调查对象。
该委员会称，通用汽车的申诉要求禁止侵犯其专利的零部件进口。(完)
