3月10日，加科思-B（01167）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的业绩公告。报告期内，公司录得收入5350万元，较2024年度的1.56亿元大幅下降，主要由于与授权协议及相关临床试验服务相关的收入减少。毛利从1.56亿元减少至5290万元，主要由于收入的减少。此外，其他收入也从1430万元降至380万元，主要是政府补助的减少。
研发开支大幅下降，由截至2024年12月31日的3.3亿元减少42.9%至1.89亿元，原因在于报告期内未有大规模关键临床试验成本，包括临床试验药物供应。行政开支也减少20.2%，从4310万元降至3440万元，主要是由于员工福利支出下降和控制可自由支配的杂费。
在业务分部方面，公司继续推进KRAS和ADC产品管线，艾瑞凯®（KRASG12C）已于2025年5月获得上市批准，成为公司核心产品之一。此外，JAB-23E73（泛KRAS）与AstraZeneca的合作开发也在持续进行，预计将为未来带来新的增长点。
