智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月10日，景联集团(01751)股东将股票由中信里昂证券转入香港上海汇丰银行，转仓市值3680.60万港元，占比8.23%。
3月10日，景联集团发布公告称，本公司的名称已由“Kingland Group Holdings Limited景联集团控股有限公司”更改为“AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited智算能建控股有限公司”(更改公司名称)。
本公司于香港联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“KINGLAND GROUP”更改为“AI ENERGY ENG”，而中文股份简称将由“景联集团”更改为“智算能建”，自2026年3月16日上午九时正起生效。本公司的股份代号保持不变，仍为“1751”。
