买苹果手机被推销2998元高价保险？这分明是消费陷阱！
河南梁女士购机时，被店员承诺手机损坏加588元即可换新，遂购买该保险。后续手机摄像头故障，商家却改口称仅保碎屏、拒不履约。更让梁女士堵心的是，后来她才知道苹果官方自己的AppleCare+保障才1599元，她花了两倍的钱，买的还根本不是官方服务。
记者调查发现，这事儿在河南、安徽、贵州等多地都有发生，不少消费者都掉进了类似的“保险”坑里。苹果官方客服明确回应，此类高价保险并非官方服务，正规渠道只有AC+一种保障，授权门店此举属违规。经市场监管部门调解，商家已向梁女士退还2000元。
律师指出，门店刻意隐瞒、误导消费，已涉嫌欺诈与虚假宣传。
