智通财经APP获悉，聚水潭(06687)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.22%，报22.16港元，成交额867.82万港元。
消息面上，聚水潭发布盈警公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度集团将取得公司权益拥有人应占净亏损介乎约人民币16亿元至人民币17亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司权益拥有人应占净利润约人民币1220万元，即与上年度相比由净利润变为净亏损。
公告指出，财务业绩由净利润变为截至2025年12月31日止年度的净亏损，主要是由于公司发行可转换可赎回优先股而产生重大亏损，该等优先股于公司股份于2025年10月21日在香港联合交易所有限公司上市前发行，并于上市后自动转换为公司普通股。截至2025年12月31日止年度，优先股亏损约为17.7亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度约为1850万元，乃主要由于因公司市值于上市后大幅增加产生的有关优先股的公允价值变动。
