格隆汇3月16日丨颖通控股(06883.HK)宣布，鉴于罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(“罗兵咸永道”)无法就下述事项所需进行的任何额外审计程序的性质、时间及范围作出评估，亦无法就有关额外程序的完成订立确切的时间表，而公司亦无法接受罗兵咸永道因此将产生的额外审计费用，罗兵咸永道在董事会要求下辞任公司核数师，自2026年3月16日生效。 经董事会审核委员会推荐，罗申美会计师事务所(“罗申美”)已获委任为新核数师，自2026年3月16日生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会为止。
