格隆汇3月13日丨嘉艺控股(01025.HK)公告，关于每持有一(1)股股份获发一(1)股供股股份的基准进行供股，于2026年1月30日(星期五)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，公司已接获八(8)份有效接纳，涉及供股项下暂定配发之合共58,222,621股供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售之供股股份总数约28.80%)。因此，约28.80%的供股股份获认购，而143,961,099股不获认购供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售之供股股份总数约71.20%)将受限于补偿安排。 董事会宣布，于2026年3月11日(星期三)下午四时正(即配售代理配售不获认购供股股份之最后配售时间)，配售事项下所有143,961,099股不获认购供股股份已成功按每股0.20港元之价格(相等于认购价)配售。因此，补偿安排项下并无可分派予不行动股东之净收益。 根据供股的接纳结果及补偿安排的配售结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份为202,183,720股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售以供认购的供股股份总数的100%。
